1. Returns

  • Eligibility: You have 4 days from the date of receipt to return an item.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as perishable goods or personalized products, cannot be returned.

2. Refunds

  • Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Method: Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 3 days.

3. Exchanges

4. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
